10–35 nucleotides; A, C, G, and T only. Nominated RNA up to 3 nt shorter can qualify through a contiguous terminal overlap when at least 80% of the probe remains. Spaces around the probe are ignored.

5. Display scaling

Fixed source scale Uses the same versioned source-signal-to-pixel mapping for every compatible analysis. Best for visual comparison across results. Weak bands may remain faint, and strong bands may be display-clipped. Auto exposure Calculates one display scale from the strong bands in this analysis and applies it to every lane and threshold view. Best for inspecting one result. Pixel brightness is not comparable across separate analyses.

Scientific model

The analysis compares each sample with the probe, separates verified RNA from possible ambiguous RNA, and presents the result in a gel-like view.

The private result link and analysis data expire after 90 days. Save the link after submission.
